Maura McCranor Psychotherapist/Counsellor

Maura is a fully qualified Psychotherapist with a Masters Degree in Integrative Psychotherapy. She is fully accredited with I.A.H.I.P.

Maura has worked in the area of Mental Health Wellbeing for over 20 years. She initially qualified as a Psychiatric nurse in Ireland and also worked in the UK where she began her counselling training. She worked as a nurse counsellor in the area of acute mental health with clients with depression and other mental health issues. She also worked in a treatment centre for eating disorders and addiction.

 In 2003 she did a Higher Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy in UCC and completed her Masters Degree there in 2005. Maura has been working in the Natural Healing Rooms, Clonakilty now Clonakilty Natural Therapies since 2005. She works with clients with a wide variety of issues such as Depression, Anxiety, Bereavement, Relationship and Marital difficulties, People who experience Verbal, Physical or Sexual Abuse, Family conflicts and People struggling with everyday life.
Maura works with individuals, couples and young people over 16years.
