Re: - Annual Budget Meeting

Kindly take notice that the Annual Budget Meeting of Clonakilty Town Council has being rescheduled and will now be held in the Council Chamber, Old Mill, Kent Street, Clonakilty on Tuesday, 12th January, 2010 at 2p.m. for the transaction of the following business: -

1.to consider the Estimates of Expenses prepared by the Manager, showing the amounts which in her opinion will be necessary to meet the expenses and provide for the liabilities and requirements of the Council during the local financial year ended 31st December, 2010.

2.to deal with such Estimates in accordance with the provision of the County Management Acts 1940 – 1955 and the Public Bodies Orders 1946 – 1988.
