Housing Allocations

• Allocation of vacant houses and newly-built social and affordable housing developments
• Requests for Local Authority Housing,
• Processing of requests for Extensions and Permission to carry out works to a Local Authority Rented Dwelling
• Transfer applications from existing tenants who wish to move accommodation are processed and considered.

As vacancies arise, they will be allocated in accordance with the Scheme of Letting Priorities as adopted by Clonakilty Town Council.
