Allocations Housing

As vacancies arise, they will be allocated in accordance with the Scheme of Letting Priorities as adopted by Clonakilty Town Council. A copy of this document is available from the Town Hall. You can also download the scheme here.

The Letting Agreement sets out the conditions applying to the tenancy and must be signed by each tenant. The tenant’s handbook can be downloaded here.
